  • Refunds are available only for products purchased directly from KikaHoney.com.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Refundable Items
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards or promotional items, if any.
  • Any product not purchased directly from Kika Honey.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
